Mrs. Semetrice joined our team in 2014. She brings years of knowledge working in this field. She brings calm and structure wherever she goes. She has been a blessing to have.
New Male Employee of the Year: Devin Milton
Mr. Devin is wonderful addition to our staff. He is energetic and has established such positive relationships with our boys. Regardless of the situation, he is the calm presence that walks onto the unit.
Employee of the Year: Velma Ducre
Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation of Ms. Velma and her work. Her technical title is housekeeper, but that does not even begin to summarize all that she does for us. She is kind, calm and giving. She is very attentive to the staff and kids and their needs, always asking if we need anything. There have been many times she has offered assistance in crisis. The phrase “goes above and beyond” is the epitome of Ms. Velma’s work ethic and she displays this day in and day out.
