COVID-19 & Coronavirus Information for Families

Our three Louisiana Methodist Children’s Homes are PROHIBITING ALL NON-ESSENTIAL VISITS to our facilities. We are working to “Slow the Spread” of coronavirus.

Children rarely get sick from this virus. However, all persons – including children – can spread coronavirus.

CDC reports two groups of people are at “higher risk” of getting very sick from COVID-19. These two groups are: 1) individuals who are 60 or older and 2) persons who have serious chronic medical conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and lung disease.
