Friday, June 17, 2016 – Ruston, LA A Leadership Graduation Luncheon and Celebration was held on the Ruston campus of LMCH. It was a time to gather and celebrate the achievements of 115 staff who participated in various levels of Leadership Training. Staff completing their 4th year of Leadership Training were awarded a plaque, while all other graduates received a t-shirt and certificate. Gary Rambin, Director of Staff Development said “What an awesome year for each of these graduates! We are so very proud of their accomplishments. Each of these staff were committed to self, team, and program development.”
Rick Wheat, President and CEO said “One of our most important tasks is to constantly improve our skills. We read, we study, we try new things, we attend workshops and training events because we want to care for children and families to the very best of our abilities. Congratulations, Graduates! I am grateful to you for investing in yourselves and in our ability to pursue our mission well!”
