DeNeise Barlow, our Director of Recreational Services at Louisiana Methodist Children’s Home, was honored at the Therapeutic Recreation Symposium for the Southwest United States. This past weekend DeNeise Barlow was awarded the 2010 Outstanding Therapeutic Recreation Professional Award in “recognition of outstanding efforts to advance the therapeutic recreation profession through leadership and service”.

Terrel Deville, President and CEO, stated, “She says she was surprised to receive it. I am not. She certainly deserved it and has made all of us proud that she is on our team.”
