“Fishing for a NEW Home” is the theme of a Fishing Rodeo benefiting the capital campaign for Methodist Home for Children of Greater New Orleans.

The Fishing Rodeo is being sponsored by the Golden Meadow and Grand Isle United Methodist Churches in Galliano, Louisiana. The two-day Fishing Rodeo will be held Friday and Saturday, October 4 and 5, 2013. Participants may fish all day Friday and on Saturday until Noon and are encouraged to fish the beach, roadside canals and fishing bridge in beautiful Grand Isle.

The $20 ticket includes the rodeo fee, a rodeo cap, lunch and a $5 donation to the campaign to raise funds for the new location for Methodist Children’s Home of Greater New Orleans.
